As per Xiaomi, this MiGu headband is a part of that project which won the first prize in the third online hackathon of Xiaomi Group. Interestingly, the headband will not only let users control their smart homes but will also help to monitor fatigue through brainwaves. According to the team behind the MiGu headband, there are three sensors equipped in the headband that helps to obtain and record the electrical signals of the brain. Along with this, it can also roughly read the user’s Electroencephalography (EEG) using the potential differences between the three points. And the headband will surely be able to control all small products with the help of users’ minds. He also believes that the product will allow people to lead a convenient smart life. To map the waves that are being generated by the human brain, MiGu uses an intelligent machine learning system. This is the method that is used to give instructions to smart products. As of now, there is no official confirmation whether the product will be out for sale or will be kept as it is in the offices.
