Some of the rumoured titles that the gamers are hoping for include a new Ratchet & Clank, Gran Turismo 7, Horizon: Zero Dawn sequel, Resident Evil 8, and a new Silent Hill game. Notably, the gaming giant is expected to announce a good mix of both its own Sony-published titles as well as some popular third-party titles for PS5. A possible remake from Bluepoint is rendered to be one of the most likely games to be unveiled at the PS5 launch event. Notably, Bluepoint Games Inc. was also behind the hit 2018’s Shadow of the Colossus remake. Additionally, Colin Moriarty of Sacred Symbols has claimed that the new Ratchet & Clank game from Insomniac Games will come as a PS5 launch title. There’s also a huge possibility that the PS5 may not be what we are expecting. John Kodera once hinted, “We need to depart from the traditional way of looking at the console life cycle. We’re no longer in a time when you can think just about the console or just about the network like they’re two different things.”
